मृदा-अपरदन अथवा भूमि-कटाव भारत की गंभीर समस्या है। मृदा अपरदन के कारण मिट्टी की ऊपरी उपजाऊ सतह का क्षय होने लगता है। मृदा-अपरदन का अर्थ है मृदा कणों का किसी भी वाह्य कारणों जैसे तेज हवा, वर्षा या भूस्खलन द्वारा मिट्टी का स्थानान्तरण होना।
