Coastal Salinity Prevention Cell (CSPC) is a joint initiative of Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India), Ambuja Cement Foundation and Sir Ratan Tata Trust (SRTT). CSPC has a mandate to work on issues addressing livelihood enhancement of communities affected by increasing salinity ingress in the coastal areas. The Performance Assessment System Project - www.pas.org.in (PAS) Project at CEPT University is a five-year Action Research Project, which works on developing appropriate tools and methods to measure, monitor and improve delivery of water and sanitation services in urban India.
