वायु प्रदूषण कोविड वैक्सीन के प्रभाव को कर सकता है कम
शोधकर्ताओं ने 40 से 65 साल के उम्र के 927 लोगों के डेटा का विश्लेषण किया गया । जिन्होंने साल 2020 की गर्मियों में और 2021 में कोविड-19 टीकाकरण की शुरुआत के बाद अपने खून के नमूने दिए थे। इनमें से सभी ने कोविड वैक्सीन की 1 या 2 डोज ली हुई थी

एक अध्ययन में यह बात सामने आई है कि वायु प्रदूषण के कारण कोविड-19 के लिए इस्तेमाल होने वाली वैक्सीन का असर कम हो सकता है।  बार्सिलोना इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर ग्लोबल हेल्थ स्पेन और जर्मन ट्राईबल रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट ने दावा  किया है कि  हवा में पाए जाने वाले सूक्ष्म कण की मात्रा(पीएम 2.5), नाइट्रोजन डाइऑक्साइड ( No 2)  और ब्लैक कार्बन (Bc)  के संपर्क में आने से  बिना पूर्व बीमारी से ग्रस्त लोगों मे आईजीएम
