देश में शुद्ध पानी की विकराल समस्या है। लोगों को हलक तर करने के लिए पानी नहीं मिल पा रहा है परंतु जिन कंधों पर इस समस्या के समाधान की जिम्मेदारी है, वे घोटाले कर सरकारी धन का डकारने में जुटे हैं।
