वेब दुनिया - मणिशंकर उपाध्याय/ पिछले एक दशक में भूमिगत पानी के अत्यधिक दोहन तथा अल्प वर्षा के चलते प्रदेश में पानी की कमी को देखते हुए नागरिक इसके संचय और संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूक हुए हैं। प्रदेश शासन ने भी वर्षा जल के संचय, जलस्रोत पुनर्भरण के लिए अनेक योजनाएँ कार्यान्वित की हैं। इनमें से वर्षा जल को तालाबों के माध्यम से सहेजने का प्रयास भी शामिल है। ताला
