Climate change is increasingly understood to be a human induced phenomenon, greatly accelerating natural cycles that have been discovered as scientific knowledge has extended the boundaries of our knowledge.
Every few years, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has been reporting on the latest research and analysis about the probability of Climate Change. Its latest report - the AR4 has confirmed that accelerated climate change - global warming - is taking place, and that in all proabablity, as much as with 90% certainty, it is human induced.
