WaterAid India invites applications from experienced and qualified candidates for the position of Director Programme Operations for its Country Office in New Delhi. The post holder will provide leadership and direction to ensure the strategic development of the WAI programme and its operationalisation in a coherent manner at all levels and thus to anchor the delivery of the country strategy. The person will also supervise, support and guide the functioning of regional teams working across 10 states.

Qualifications:
Essential requirements for the post are Professional qualification or Post graduate degree in Social Science or Engineering or in a relevant discipline along with 15 years of experience, of which 5 years in a senior management role, with an impressive track record of leading and managing programmes and teams. Knowledge of history and development of the water and sanitation sector in India
Remuneration:
The package for the position will be around Rs.14.8 lakhs Gross per annum.
Duration:
These posts are offered on a 4-year fixed-term contract normally renewable at the end of contract, however it can also be renewed as we transit into an Indian entity.
