Urvi Ashok Piramal Foundation (UAPF) is a not for profit organization registered under public trust act, working on mother & child health care, livelihood and environment in India since 2008. The foundation is endeavoring to reach the deprived section of the society through its various activities with the basic objective of empowering them to sustain the development process. Foundation is reaching to 1,00,000 people in various villages of India through various Education, Health Care and Livelihood initiatives. Through livelihood initiatives, UAPF is planning to provide employable skills to the youths through VSTIs/ITIs, empowerment of women through micro-entrepreneurial groups and supporting small business initiative through individual support programs and in return aiming at making tangible changes in the society.
Description:
UAPF has a requirement for a Field-Coordinator to handle the livelihood project.
Location: Bagar in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
Qualifications: PG in Sociology, MSW or other related qualification.
Experience:
- Two years, fresher can also apply.
- Relevant experience as per Livelihood Project
- The person should have ample experience in implementing field level projects along with a team. The person should be a team player and interested in exploring new ideas and suggestions.
- The person should have excellent communication & documentation skills. The person should have proficiency in Hindi and English and if he knows the local dialect Marwari then that would be an added advantage.
- The person should be capable enough to handle the project single-handedly at local level and should do the monitoring and evaluation of the entire growth process.
- The person should have excellent networking skills and understanding about the livelihood vocations, employment schemes of govt.etc.
