Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate formation and grooming of the Self Help Groups, preparing growth plans for the self help groups, facilitate linkages of the groups with the banks, identification of suitable livelihood development activities and opportunities for the SHGS, feasibility study of the identified trades, Preparation of business plans, milestone development for the SHGs, strategy development on livelihood development, identifying learning and its documentation, coordination with the other team members and with other institutions working on similar issues, identifying training needs of the SHGs and team members, providing onsite support to the team member in implementation, preparing reports and documents, monitoring and review of the project activities.
Qualification:
Candidates should be post graduate in rural development / social work, social sciences or in any relevant discipline from a recognized university. The candidate must have minimum 5 years of working experience on livelihood issues.

- Proven track record of working on livelihood issues
- Innovative thinking on livelihood issues
- interpersonal skills to lead the project activities
- Ability to plan and think strategically
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent coordination and motivation skills
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to identify team capacity building issues
