About the vacancies

Invitations are invited for applications from eligible candidates for the posts of 

• Principal: One post on regular basis
• Associate Professor: 2 posts on contract basis
• Research Fellow : 3 posts on Contract basis.

Essential Qualifications

For the post of Principal 

•  PhD degree with First Class at Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering or Science from recognized university.
• Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/or research experience in WASH sector at national or international level institution and/or Industry, including guidance of research at Doctorate level.
•  Should be actively engaged in research and have published work of high quality with a minimum of 5 publications on book and / or research papers.
•  Flair for management and Leadership is essential.

For the post of Associate Professor 

•  PhD degree with First Class at Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering or Science from recognized university
•  Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching and/or research experience in WASH sector at national or international level institution and/or Industry, including guidance of research at Doctorate level
• Should be actively engaged in research and have published work of high quality with a minimum of 5 publications on book and / or research papers.

For the post of Research Fellow 

•  Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering or Environmental Science 

Remuneration

• Pay & allowances required for the post of principal and Associate Professor will be as per UGC guideline
• For the post of Research fellow consolidated salary will be paid at Rs. 35000/- per month
