The Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) is a sectoral management institute, which constantly endeavours to evolve knowledge useful for the managers in the area of Forest, Environment and Natural Resources Management and allied sectors.
Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal, a premier sectoral management institute, invites applications for one year M.Phil. programme in Natural Resource Management (Award of degree by Saurashtra University, Rajkot) commencing from September 2011. With a focus on climate change, the programme comprises of class work, field work, seminar, study tour (National as well as abroad) and dissertation.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or its equivalent, recognized by an Indian University or
Association of Indian Universities with the minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-Non creamy/PD) in aggregate in the field of Science/Engineering/Management and related Social sciences (as decided by equivalence committee of the Institute). Those appearing in the final year of Post Graduation examination can also apply; provided they complete the eligibility criteria by 31st August 2011.
