4) Both the ‘Technical Bid’ and the ‘Financial Bid’ should be sealed separately in a cover and then submitted in a big envelope and the name and number of the tender should be clearly marked on this envelope.
5) Right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason is reserved by the competent authority
