The Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), an established research and advocacy institute needs Senior Researchers for its Industry and Environment Programme. It requires senior candidates to undertake research and capacity building tasks for its two major sub programmes – study of EIA reports under the Community Support Programme and Environmental training and preparation of training modules under the Regulators programme.
Job description:
Job would entail frequent interaction with people, giving presentations, liaising with Government and Non-Government bodies. Knowledge of environmental law, environment enforcement and compliance, monitoring procedures and industrial pollution is a must.
Qualification:
Post Graduates in environmental science/management/environmental law, engineering graduate with minimum 3-4 years of experience may apply. Competent Fresher will also be considered for junior positions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
