Assistant Program Lead – Water, Research and Training

Sehgal Foundation invites applications for the position of Assistant Program Lead – Water, Research and Training on a consultancy basis.

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Reports to: Principal Scientist

Position Requirements: 

• Master's (M. tech /M.Sc. /M. A) OR Graduation in (Civil Engineering/ Life Sciences/ Environmental Science)
• Minimum 2 years’ fieldwork experience of working on WASH issues
• Previous experience of working with NGO's/development sector will be an advantage
• Should have strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in reading, writing and spoken English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas as per need

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting and delivering training, market development, planning and proposal writing
• Supervise, coordinate and monitor project/activities assigned, ensure timely completion with appropriate quality standards
• Develop training modules/knowledge dissemination materials for internal team members, communities and other organizations
• Maintaining relationship with clients and providing them required consultation
• Represent organization and project at various regional and national platforms
