We are looking to expand our network of infrastructure consultants and invite interested individuals to register their CVs with ASI. In particular, we are keen to hear from consultants with and at least 10 years’ consulting expertise and ideally, international development experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Electricity:
    • Design of power sector policy, strategy or regulation
    • Generation; transmission or distribution
  • Transport:
    • Transport planning, economics or modelling in road, rail or public transport
    • PPP, with a focus on rail, highways or public transport
  • Urban development:
    • Integrated development planning, including sustainable urban development
    • Institutional development of local government, incl. municipal finance
  • Water:
    • Water sector planning, organization, financing and management
    • Legal and institutional framework, including water sector reform

Consultants should have demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with people from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds, to work effectively in politically sensitive and physically challenging environments, and ability to work well within a team environment.
