Arpana Research & Charities Trust (ARCT) is working for health, education and development for the disadvantaged people in Rural Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and in Slum Resettlement Colonies in Delhi covering a population of approximately 350,000.

Job description:

1. Implementation of the Disability Project at the field level
2. Organize, manage and monitor trainings, meetings, camps and awareness programs etc at field level
3. Networking with all government and non government and other organizations
4. Monthly reporting, progress reports, writing case studies and documenting activities
5. Other responsibilities as and when told by the Project Director

Qualification:

• Degree from a social background
• Minimum one year of experience in Disability/ Rehabilitation Project

Competencies:

• Strong communication and documentation skills in Hindi and English
• Good knowledge of computer skills
• Very active and an enthusiastic person
• Ability to work in the village with all types of target group.
