Position: Consultants for Water Resources Projects – Monitoring and evaluation, Water Resources Planning, Irrigation, Participatory Irrigation Management, Sociology, Environment, Agriculture, Groundwater, Agricultural Economy, Statistics
Qualifications and experiences:
1. Doctorate or Master degree in relevant field from country’s premier institute/ university.
2. Minimum 15-20 years relevant experiences of working at senior level performing similar duties with state or central government, academic/research institutes or NGO or development support organization
3. Understanding of Irrigation and Water resources Sector and recent institutional reforms
4. Strong analytical and documentation skills
5. Excellent communication and inter-personal and team working skills and ability to work independently to provide subject specific technical services
6. Ability and willingness to travel to remote project areas for field visits.
