About the conclave
The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with Department of PHED and Ground Water, Government of Rajasthan is organizing the 3rd Water Conclave 2012. The focus of the conference will be to evolve roadmap for adopting new trends and techniques and share best practices on wastewater treatment technologies, recycle and reuse technologies, water demand and management, water efficiency and conservation, sustainability, irrigation water and regulations.
Shri Ashok Gehlot, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan is being invited as Chief Guest whereas Dr Jitendra Singh, Hon’ble Minister for PHED and Water Resources, Govt of Rajasthan has confirmed to be the Guest of Honour during the programme.
Sessions
Water Conclave 2012 will provide a platform for government, industry, academia, service providers, NGOs and civil society to deliberate on issues related to water like:
- Rain water harvesting : Chennai experience
- Challenges and opportunities in water management
- Industrial & municipal waste water management technologies
- Success stories of public private community partnership projects
