Training course to Voluntary Organizations on “Development documentation and Report Writing” at Bala Vikasa People Development Training Centre, from 11 - 13th Ocotber, 2010 and one day seminar on “Digital Social Networking” on 14th October,
'Documentation’ plays an important role for effective functioning of an organization. The role of stakeholders, the organizational model, social, political, economic and environment situation, trends emerging, structures created, obstacles encountered, participation synthesis, indigenous knowledge, innovative experiments, perspective changes, expectation changes etc have to be documented in a professional way so that the documented resources are used for varied purposes like, training, advocacy, public relations, publications, review and for sharpening the goal and vision of the organization.
Bala Vikasa has designed a two day program exclusively to help the members of Non-Governmental Organization to understand the systematic documentation processes and to have a clear understanding about effective management information system (MIS).
Course Objective:
- To enable the participants understand the nature and importance of systematic documentation processes
- To equip them with skills and knowledge to plan for effective Management Information System (MIS)
Course Fee: Rs.1500/ (includes registration Fee)
Registratilon Fee:
The participants need to pay Rs.500 in advance towards Registration fee (which is non-refundable) after their confirmation of participation.
The Registration fee has to be sent by DD drawn in favor of “Bala Vikasa People Development Training Center”, Warangal, by courier/post. Details of dispatched DD should be intimated to BV PDTC through e-mail.
