- To share the trends in the public financing of social sectors in Karnataka
- To link public expenditure on these social sectors with parameters of equity, efficiency and effectiveness, and their policy implications
- To understand the governance issues in the PRIs and ULBs in service delivery through the budget window
- To deliberate on the potential role of Local governments in the public service delivery
- To receive feedback on our on-going research studies and generate discussions on the issues of public service delivery in social sector
