Kalpavriksh is organising a week long residential course on 'Perspectives on Environment, Society and Well-being'. The course, being organized for the second year, attempts to reflect on the Indian environmental history and contemporary perspectives including ideas and practices in conservation, development and governance. It also discusses some of the existing alternative discourses in India which pay greater attention to social justice and environmental sustainability.
