Water conservation is prime issue. Keeping the quality and quantity preserved than wasting water and undesired investment on treatment. prevention is better than cure. Wasting fresh water in hotels, gardening, washing vehicles and through bathing tubs shall be justified or not? The ideas of using the natural water and flow locally available to manage/restrained with that is sufficient, sustainable, economical and logical or not? Why water charge is being increased unbounded. Is there priority of social and equity critera or supersided by investment criterion? All these issues supposed to be looked into and resolved steadly and dynamically.
