Out of all the remedies, prevention is the best cure. I am attaching here on how to minimise grease spills. I wonder how the C.E's manage the whole show.

There has to be division of responsibility. Acceptance of innovations could be possible regularly if  C.E's free to think  on bigger issues of energy and water conservation or may be some other things for the benefit of the organisation and environment.
