Description:
SPC Management wishes to select one School Sanitation and Hygiene Education (SSHE) Coordinator to work with the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Programme of the Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP), supported by a reputed International Agency.

The SSHE coordinator in collaboration with the District Administration and Education department would be responsible to set up a model -SSHE programme in at least 100 schools. The assignment would also involve monitoring and implementation of SSHE in the field.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in civil engineering, social science, environmental science, Management, communication or in other relevant fields.
• At least 5 years work experience in data management, monitoring and evaluation related to rural development, partly in the rural water supply and sanitation sector Minimum two year work experience in SSHE/TSC programme.
• Understanding and working knowledge of the concepts and principles of the new water and Sanitation Policy Reforms, CFS/RTE acts and prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Panchayat Raj Act.
• Excellent coordination skill between governments, NGO’s and communities.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and ability to speak, read and write fluently in both languages.
• Proven excellent analytical and report writing skills.
• Excellent computer and programming skills especially database development.
