The Water Supply & Sanitation Collaborative Council's (WSSCC) Global Sanitation Fund (GSF) calls for Expressions of Interest for a COUNTRY PROGRAMME MONITOR for a Sanitation and Hygiene Programme in India
WSSCC invites suitably qualified firms/organisations to express interest in the role of Country Programme Monitor (CPM) for the GSF grant programme in India. The initial contract duration is for 2 years, extendable up to 5 years upon satisfactory performance of services.
Role of the Country Programme Monitor
- To review the Executing Agency's (EA) progress and financial reports
- To review programme budgets, work plans and Monitoring & Evaluation plans;
- To assess the capacity of the proposed EA to receive, manage and disburse funds;
Procedure for submission

WSSCC invites suitably qualified firms/organisations to express interest in the role of Executing Agency (EA) for the GSF grant programme in India. The initial contract duration will be 2 years, extendable up to 5 years upon satisfactory performance of services.
Role of the Executing Agency
- Receiving, implementing and accounting for programme funds, acting on behalf of WSSCC
- Soliciting proposals and entering into contracts with Sub-Grantees to implement GSF-supported activities
- Supervising and monitoring the work and financial management of Sub-Grantees;
- Undertaking audit, and report on GSF-supported activities.
