Section 3 is on the technical, legal and management aspects of pollution control in the estates. It discusses the different approaches adopted.
Section 4 lays down the guidelines meant for new industrial estates, which include the approach, evaluation of site, infrastructure measures for environmental pollution control.
Section 5 is on organisational aspect to environmental management.
