लोकसभा चुनाव प्रचार में नारे, दावे, वादे के बीच दुमका का दर्द भी उभर रहा है। खेत प्यासे हैं। खेतिहर मजदूरों को काम नहीं मिल रहा। ऐन चुनाव के समय मजदूर प.बंगाल जा रहे हैं। वहां गरमा धान की फसल कट रही है, इसलिए जीविका की जद्दोजहद चल रही है।
